At Northern Elegance, we strive to ensure that every order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Please review the information below regarding our shipping procedures and estimated delivery times.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders undergo verification, quality control, and packaging before shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. During periods of increased demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Orders that include shipping protection are covered against loss or damage during transit.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, Northern Elegance may provide a replacement at no additional cost. Claims must be supported with sufficient evidence, including photographs where applicable.
PRIORITY PROCESSING
Priority Processing places your order at the front of our fulfillment queue, allowing it to be prepared and dispatched before standard orders.
While Priority Processing can reduce handling times, carrier transit times remain outside of our control and delivery speeds may remain similar to standard shipping.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
To ensure faster fulfillment, products may occasionally be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment centers.
As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times. This is completely normal and does not mean that part of your order is missing.
INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
Northern Elegance works with a global network of fulfillment partners and suppliers.
Depending on stock availability and order volume, some items may be shipped from international fulfillment centers. Therefore, your tracking information may show shipment activity from countries other than your own.
